The South Australian Matriculation (SAM) a internationally recognised pre-university programme is regulated by the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) Board. Taylor's University South Australian Matriculation (SAM) is made up of a flexible assessment system, with 70% of the final marks on coursework and the other 30% on final examination. This programme lasts for 12 months on average and 18 months (Subang Jaya only), for extended course. Students are required to take 5 subjects for the entire duration of the programme from the list of units including Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematical Studies, Specialist Mathematics, Accounting Studies, Legal Studies and more. In order to enter into Taylor's University South Australian Matriculation (SAM), a minimum requirement of 5 credits in SPM or equivalent are to be achieved.
