Overview

UCSI University Diploma in Culinary Arts not only equips its students with practical training when it comes to cooking up a storm in the kitchen, it also empowers students with skills to handle supervisory roles in the food industry. The subjects that students take in this course are like Pastry & Bakery, Basic Korean Cuisine, and Malaysian Ecotourism. UCSI University Diploma in Culinary Arts is available every January, May, and September. This course is available in both UCSI University KL and Kuching campuses. Students will need to invest 2 years to graduate from this course. The basic requirement to start this course is 3 credits for SPM/UEC graduates.
